Returns
• We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect posters received.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing unboxing images/videos and order details at wecare.skinzholic@gmail.com.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for return.
Refunds
• Once your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
• Posters damaged due to mishandling or installation errors are not eligible for return.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection, so please check dimensions carefully before ordering.
